Sarah Kerrigan approaches His Majesty, who is now standing in front of the Royal Throne. She stops in front of His Majesty and bows, before kneeling on one knee. The Lord Chamberlain then proceeds to read the citation for the recipient
Since the First Parliament of Canada held in February of this year, to the very first Governments of our region, the Baroness Hastings has served Our Realm with distinction. From laying out the governing orders of Our Senate, to heading Our Government for the last 3 months, she has dedicated countless time and energy to Canada, the Canadian People, and the causes Canada supports. It is with this in mind that I am graciously pleased to elevate her to the rank of Countess of Northumberland.

Know Ye that We of Our especial grace certain knowledge and mere motion do by these Presents advance create and prefer Our trusty and well-beloved counsellor SARAH KERRIGAN to the state degree style dignity title and honour of COUNTESS OF NORTHUMBERLAND And for Us Our heirs and successors do appoint give and grant unto her the said name state degree style dignity title and honour of COUNTESS OF NORTHUMBERLAND to have and to hold unto her and the heirs of her body lawfully begotten and to be begotten.
Willing and by these Presents granting for Us Our heirs and successors that she and her heirs aforesaid and every of them successively may have hold and possess a seat place and voice in the Parliaments and Public Assemblies and Councils of Us Our heirs and successors within Our Kingdom amongst the Countesses And also that she and her heirs aforesaid successively may enjoy and use all the rights privileges pre-eminences immunities and advantages to the degree of a Countess duly and of right belonging which Countesses of Our Kingdom have heretofore used and enjoyed or as they do at present use and enjoy.

For several years now, our right trusty and well beloved Baron Shelburne has been a close friend and advisor of the Crown. As a former Prime Minister, Speaker of the Senate, Senator of Canada, and now Chief Justice, the Baron Shelburne continues to show his dedication to Our Canadian Kingdom in whatever service he is called for. Having full faith that the Baron Shelburne shall continue his faithful and loyal service to Canada, I am pleased to elevate him to the title of Viscount Montreal.

Since her most recent arrival to Our Kingdom, Josephine Kerrigan-Clarent has devoted herself to serving in Our Realm in anyway possible. She has recently assumed the roles of Lord Commissioner, Senator, Cabinet Minister, and as one of Our right trusty and well beloved Privy Councillors, for her current and no doubt future service to our Realm, I am pleased to invest her into the Canadian Nobility as the Baroness Victoria
